We require a Quality & Aftersales Technician to provide manufacturing quality support to maintain adherence to specifications and customer expectations.


Key functions of the role will include:

  • Work in accordance with the Company’s processes and quality procedures performing quality inspection activities
  • Ensure compliance with ISO9001:2015 and customer specifications
  • Use a structured problem solving approach involving 5Y / 8D tools
  • Raising Non Conformance Reports (NCRs) – identifying preventative/corrective actions and root causes
  • Liaise with all departments and adopt a Continuous Improvement approach
  • Provide ideas and solutions to reduce scrap and rework
  • Update and improve processes and standard operating procedures
  • Provide support to Aftersales as needed by the business
  • Provide support with staff sales, stock inventory and moving items to correct locations
  • Liaise with all departments to provide support to issuing spares to customers through Aftersales


The successful candidate will have a detailed understanding of the Company’s manufacturing processes, product creation and manufacturing engineering.


Hours:  39 per week

Salary:   Dependent on experience
